Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim, cause of action, or lawsuit arising out of or related to use of any services provided by mywedding.com or the mywedding.com pages must be filed within one year after such claim, cause of action, or lawsuit arose or be forever barred.
Notice to Advertisers: All content used on the mywedding.com pages for advertising your business cannot be guaranteed by mywedding.com. mywedding.com assumes no responsibility or risk related to clients or third parties received from an advertisement for your services or products on any of the mywedding.com pages. mywedding.com reserves the right to refuse an advertisement to any business on the mywedding.com pages. Payments received for monthly or annual advertisements on any of the mywedding.com pages and websites are nonrefundable.
